Thank you for shopping with Futora. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders ship from our US warehouse, and standard delivery typically takes 5–12 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Order tracking Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 1–2 days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Delays Occasionally, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, high-volume periods, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always do our best to assist.
